today I was just trying to get on the squat rack but there was this couple on it so I had to wait, they kept arguing about dumb shyt I was trying so hard not to laugh, felt bad for the dude he was just trying to teach her the right technique :mjlol:

I had a spin class at 6:30 this am, kicked my butt but I’m thinking about doing the second one later today. I’m sore.

oatmeal cooked with broth, added crispy mushrooms, green onion, a lil shredded gruyere, homemade turkey sausage and a runny egg :ohlawd:

all it needed was a to be topped off with some arugula, but i don't have any, may need to add microgreens tomorrow.

I use to do the elliptical 20 minutes a day at level 12 but I recently switched to the stairmaster at level 7 for 20 minutes. Stairmaster be kicking my ass and having me sweating bullets.

I like breaking sweats during cardio. I'm sticking to the stairmaster
