I finally got back on my salad regimen, implementing fish Fridays. Biking has to resume no excuses. These parks are actually swamped though and I can’t wear a mask so I’ll have to go super early.

If I can swim this summer, it’s a wrap

Yes I normally ride at 6. I’m hoping this is just the overeagerness to get out but that the crowds dissipate over the next month. I drove through a very large county park and it was suuuupper crowded. Even if covid didn’t exist I don’t like that many people around.

My clients have been asking a lot of my time, I just finished working. On top of having to plan working out. At least I've been cooking and eating right.

If you like cycling so much, why not get an indoor bike trainer? Then you could bike inside or in your garage? :ld:

Prolly wouldn't break the bank, but they can be had for as low as 75, 80 bucks.

I normally spin when the gym is open. I have one but not enough space to comfortably keep it in a permanent station. Didn’t anticipate this would last this long but may have to deal with it and just move a lot of stuff around.

It also may depend on the climate.

If you are in a seasonal climate, expect those parks to be crowded for the remainder of the summer, as people will try to get the most of the nice weather.
