For those of you who have routines with a lot of supersets, how do you manage to get through if the machines or stations aren't close. Will I lose anything by just doing each exercise separately?
Depends on the purpose of the superset. Usually it’s some combination of saving time, cardio and increasing volume. Obviously if it’s a time issue you lose out these. Solution might be to do body weight exercises in combo with the station to get the time save and volume in.
