A fleeting childhood
My watch says my BMR is 2400 calories.
BMR calculator online says it’s 1800 but in my specific case considering the amount of intense activity it’s actually 2800. I’m currently at 2200 calories burnt for the day and have only consumed less than 800 calories for the day.. I feel fine and I’m not hungry

Inadvertently turned into a cardio week. Haven’t done strength training since Monday and haven’t hit legs since Saturday. Been doing my core workout and push-up challenge with the cardio, but I need to pick up the weights tomorrow

Or has a better recommendation?

Ordered some bowflex dumbbells that are coming next week and want to get a bench like this to use. All I have at the house is a treadmill and my brother has a rope that I occasionally use. Want to get a bench like this and use it as well.

Decided I'm gonna doing bodyweight + resistance bands workouts for the next 6 months and see how it goes.

I missed gym initially and now I dunno If I wanna go back, want to try something new.
Gyms still arent opening in the UK until at least middle of July.
Not worked out since they closed but Im ready to get in shape.

Jump back in the gym in the new year.
