Found a gym open in my area. No lie at 5 am that shyt was packed like it was the after work rush. When we left at 7 there was a line out the door for people to get in.

too many people found out it’s only a matter of time till it gets shut down.

Isn’t every day on Keto low carb? I don’t see the purpose of cycling what little you would be consuming in that case.

i have a spin bike so i can get my cardio indoors. that said, i do hit the makeshift gym that goes down at the lake so i'll see if i can workout with this air, although it doesn't seem as bad as yesterday

crazy how not hungry i am on this cleanse, it definitely highlights how much i eat out of boredom or it being "time to eat". gonna really pare down my food intake after this and go hard on cardio

Yes keto is low carb high fat. i'm wondering if the low carb days during the carb cycle can be substituted with keto days.
