Lighter weights with more reps or heavy weights and lower reps?
What about flys?
I usually approach it this way:

Incline BB for intermediate to heavier weight which can/should translate to more power on Flat BP but for reps. Intermediate to heavier weight can give you physique improvement. Some of it is how your overall set up is in terms of your primary lifts and then your secondary.

@African_brehda This is anecdotal but for me personally I’ve never been able to move heavy weight on BP. I’ve kind of given up on that and focused more on the movement and really feeling each rep and I’ve generally gotten better results that way. Not that you don’t want to be stronger there but I’ve started focusing more on a better rep on a weight I don’t have to bounce as opposed to the opposite.

Think I'll climb up to 120kg on bench and call it a day, as far as my max strength for that goes. I was at 100kg before lockdown, started training last week and I can only move 80kg max :francis:

Don’t get me wrong I’m always done to improve but me trying to bounce a PR off my chest ain’t helping me at this point.

Whats yalls weakest muscle? Mine is Medial/ lateral delt. No matter what I do, I cant get that mf to grow. Anterior delts are amazing, posterior are pretty good too. But that mf medial delt won't budge. I be doing lateral raises every other workout. I be using bands, drop setting etc.
