I'm about to start a 2 month strict diet with a refeed day on the weekend Push Pull Leg routine.
By the time I finish it will be Thanksgiving week

I'm the highest body fat I've ever been and per pound I'm most likely the weakest ive been.
This should be interesting due to the fact I never attained my gains from strict dieting.

Went up them stairs, went inside, came back down sixty seconds later and was huffin. I gotta be better than this, I spend too much time in the gym.

You are most likely right, ill be beasting in the gym while doing cardio in the am 3x or less a week but im 185-188 if I was 200 plus I could see the refeed day being conducive. I wouldn't be surprised if its more of a body recomp then a cut.

I hoover around 184-188lbs mostly.. it varies on the weekend
Im at about 19.6 percent bf. People tell me I don't need to lose anymore weight in my midsection albeit my waist is 33 inches.. I would like my see my six pack again around 13% bf
I know I have plenty of room to improve but
I'm doing pretty well with my starter muscles
The calories I copped from a youtuber. Ill follow it for 2 months and see where it takes me. I need follow a strict diet for a couple of months to move to then next level.
