Looks like ass. :scust: Wouldn't have my worst enemy in the gym running that. :mjlol:

Criticisms:
  • No weight/% of 1RM/RPE was listed. And what is failure? They taking these sets to technical/form failure or muscuar failure?
  • Brb all sets taken to failure. Easy way to end up in Snap City, regardless of which type is used.
  • Brb no rest periods given.
  • No progression system given.
  • Push/pull ratio is off.
  • Brb no actual leg day, just 2 working sets of squats.
  • Routine is actually low frequency and low volume.
  • Serious lack of barbell movements.


This nikka just asked about programs, got listed some, then gonna ask for our blessing on some bullshyt program he had waiting in the cut. Next time just post that shyt so we can critique it and be done. :beli:



Hate when nikkas ask me some gym shyt, I point them in a direction, and then they still wanna be on their own bullshyt, like the fukk you asking me for? Go head and spin your wheels (or eat) and come back and let us know how it worked. :hubie:

As a general rule, if you have to ask these types of questions, you're not at a level where you should be programming yourself. :mjlol:


The same way people ask me irl for gym advice, routines, etc. I be asking my homies and homegirls questions about not being oblivious to bytches. :picard:

We all have our niche, making up gym routines isn't yours. :yeshrug:

Ehhhhh looks more like a routine for someone with a lot of mass trying to fine tune as opposed to grow.

This won’t get you the brick house look.
After them dips you’re gonna be fried and prolly struggle through benching without a considerable amount of rest time.
This routine is cool is you wanna be gassed but build up muscle endurance like most high rep programs are but you won’t achieve the brick house goal.


You need a 40 lb weighted vest that you walk around with 10 hours a day (including workouts) :shaq:

Got the deadlift contest on 10/31. Prolly beneficial to lose the 4, 4 & 1/2 pounds since the extra weight won't help me pull but losing it will decrease my lift:bodyweight ratio (and not put me in the 200+ heavyweight class).


No worries. Gonna be sipping on breatine during and either grabbing BBQ or something heavy immediately after so the net loss for the month will only be 2 like pounds. :skip: :blessed:
