Cut 5.5 pounds of water yesterday and weighed in at 199.4. :whew:


Got to the comp and they didn't even have us weigh in, just went off our previously written-down weights, so I had cut that weight and dehydrated myself for nothing. :skip: :upsetfavre: :shaq2: :dead:


Then at the 'meet' the people told us we were only getting 2 lifts, not 3 like most of us were expecting. :mindblown:


Next we had to tell the ref our openers before we even got the rules. :usure: She suggested opening with something like a 3RM but I was like "nah, only got 2 shots not 3 so we finna ER or PR." The fukk I need to jump 90 pounds for?:childplease: :manny:


I told her my opener and she hit me with the low-key :what: look. Then she did the math was like "we're going to need more 45s".:damn:Dude loading the opener had the :ooh: face on, and a spectating PAWG and her breh were on some :krs: status. (I think her mans came in second.) I'm low-key like :camby:, this isn't even my final form.

That Hyde was weak as fukk and felt stepped-on. I could barely feel that bytch and only had one more pull for the day. :wtf:


Ended up lifting 545 conventional for the opener and switched to sumo for the last attempt at 575. Both flew up and a nikka won his weight class. :win: :smugdraper:


Got a lil cheap plastic medal and a Visa GC out the deal. :whoo: Errybody was congratulating the kid but I know some of them dudes had to be salty as fukk. :umad:


Then me and my homie that showed up slid to our main gym for the real workout. :heh:

I've never really cared for how much I can max on the bench.

However, this morning i put 3 45lb plates on each side and lifted....with no spotter.

Its great to see thecoli strong brehs eating. More motivation for the brehs :blessed: I love it.

Get a weightvest it works wonders

I been running in the morning and doing a workout in the afternoon. It helps me sleep better plus I feel:cape: instead of doing everything at once

My dumb ass ran outta gas cause I kept putting it off, then got distracted on the phone on the way home.
Had to leave Crimson Kitty with the flashers on in the turn lane :damn:
Ran a couple blocks and I was a tad bit winded :dahell:
Im like but I can climb the eiffel tower in like 20 mins :dwillhuh:
My shins were hurting and shyt. Had me walking like my timbs were 4 sizes too big on the way back.. I knew I didn't run for a reason :martin:

To something somewhat decent. I think 3 months is enough because I hit the gym after not touching a barbell for 6 months and was back in about that time. Y’all recommend protein shakes or just whole foods?

I mean somewhat decent depends on where you at now and what YOU consider decent for you.
You just trying to put on muscle mass or lean down?
Either way whole foods always gonna be good but if you don't think you're getting what you need from just that some protein powder can help. Just know everything that powder gonna do, some real food gonna do plus more IMO.
