Slowly working towards plyometric one-handed push-ups. Should be there in a couple months, maybe three.

Same with one-handed pull-ups. I'm gonna include focusing on negative reps after I do the regular ones with the weighted vest on.

I'm slowly but steadily getting stronger in the department of handstand push-ups. I can only do a handful of reps altogether, but that's a handful more than a couple months ago. :yeshrug:

It's a lot easier to eat more shyt and not get fat when you're doing heavy barbell lifts like squats. :sas2: :youngsabo: :win:
