I will. I been eating clean now for a while. But I got back to working out about 4 weeks ago. I love the way I sleep and feel after working out.Stick with it
I do 4 days a week upper/lower body split circuit training.We don't just run in here, brehette.

Yeah with running ain’t no off or downtime. The feeling afterwards is my primary motivation.You just gotta push through it, it's the days that suck that improve your baseline the most

Dropped that shyt in front of the door got glass everywhere. I stepped all in that shyt
Been in the gym about an hour now . Did weights about to hit bike for about 30-40min.
I got here and it’s damn near triple the people in here not to mention the door is blocked because bed bath line is long af .
