Gym I frequent most right now only has 2 power racks. It’s not uncommon for me to be in it for upwards of 3 hours straight.
Might not be courteous but it is what it is. fukk Imma stop my workout so a weaker nikka can half-squat in my rack for?

I don’t so much mind people lifting reasonable weight for long periods of they are hitting depth. Spending all day with the P-Pad and quarter squatting for long periods
I get more annoyed at people doing military press or reverse lunges with really light weight when we have preloaded barbells in abundance. Happens all the time at my gym.
This is the thing, well at my place anyway. I know who is training on a program and who generally isn’t. Random person that never squats doesn’t need to take time in a two power rack gym doing reverse lunges. Same with OHP.
