Yesterday I did an EKG test on my heart and my heart performance fell off. When I was going to the gym and they did the EKG on me my heart was beating perfectly my doctor said.


Stop doing cardio brehs I really miss the treadmill, stair stepper and stationary bike at the gym I'm thinking about copping a mini stair stepper for my apartment so I get some cardio going again.
