What #POWDA you on
I recently did switch up workouts. Go to a circuit training spot - everyday it’s 5 stations, 2 are strength, 2 cardio or a plyo move, 1 is boxing. Doing that 3-4 times a week, full body lift 1-2 times, do 2-3 30 min spin sessions and take a few walks.

This past week I went low on cals, like 800-1000. Might try no carbs this week - my body is hanging on to this set point for dear life. I’m used to seeing consistent weight loss when I’ve done this shyt in the past.

What do you mean? It's the gym. The only thing that should be different is you should have more room now and wearing a mask. Other than that, it's still the gym.

I went every day that I could and started making sure the #POWDA wasn’t stepped on til my body forced a mandatory rest day
