i'm not tho, i do the circuit class 3x week, full body 1-2x, and SS/LISS cardio (mix of spin, walking outside or incline tread). i feel the need to be active twice a day since working at home, i don't get the natural movement that you'd get going to work or whatever. but i'mma drop the circuit classes next week and see if that helps, in the meantime i'mma check out my bloodwork and see if anything is off.

i was making progress in april but this month everything stopped, that week my weight shot up 5lbs, it took 2-3 weeks to get that off, like wtf!?

She went on a strict diet she lost 5 lbs all month long . She was at a deficit everyday it makes no sense . Ive seen her she lost inches I can tell . Her stomach is down and back fat is gone .

i don't calorie count, i follow more of a serving approach. but either way, i went way low last week to see if that would move things, no way i topped 1200 cals other than fri and sun. i'm so damn annoyed, the month almost gone and no fukking progress :snoop:

bruh, i use a meal plan that based on blocks (i've used this successfully multiple times, 21 day fix meal plan) - i weigh & measure things and know i'm generally in a 200 calorie range. that said, i set my cal target low AF. there's no reason a 5'7" woman with 30 lbs to lose shouldn't lose weight eating 1000-1400 calories + getting 90 mins of movement 5-6 days week other than the fukkery my body is doing

edit: when you spent your life fighting this fight and eat the same things, you don't need to calorie count if you're measuring. 1c of almondmilk is 40 cals, 4 oz of chicken is 120-170, 1c broccoli is 50, etc. i'm not just randomly eating whatever i feel like eating and hoping it's the right calories. calorie counting is for those who don't want to stick to a meal plan
