on a side note, my push day yesterday was brazy. Ended up hitting 85s on db press without any pain in my wrist, sleeping ten hours and waking up sore

I hate when I'm in the zone running and all of a sudden the stomach wants to start up and bubble.. then you either have to race to the bathroom or risk have an accident. Inconvenience




I ate these damn crackers today that @The Butcher swears are good for me and had gas all through my workout tonight. I couldn't even catch my breath on reps cause I kept getting that gassy feeling in my stomach and esophagus

Successfully cut the cookies cake and ice cream out my diet.

Only place I'm still struggling is with these Ritz crackers smh.

Just ate a whole pack and now I'm sitting here disgusted with myself.

@neotheflyingone Nothing is "forbidden", especially if you are going hard in the gym.

As long as your calories in don't exceed your calories out (unless you want to bulk), you should be good.

I never "swore that Ritz crackers were good for you", simply that they were not "forbidden" during a "workout diet". :gucci:


If you ate some plain crackers and got gas all night, blame your weak ass stomach and not me. I eat them by the sleeve all the time and never give them a second thought. In fact, plain crackers are something they give folks with upset stomachs to eat to have them settle.
