What are the most effective arm exercises? Biceps are the one area which don't seem to gain mass for some reason

Had enough of the BS today and got into it with a dude about using 2 of 3 racks like he was at home :manny:
I been trying to avoid conflict but the other day a guy took up the squat rack to do deadlifts in front…I was watching it and this girl ask to use the squat rack and just move bsck but he was like nah I’m doing squats right after

he proceeded to do deadlifts for about 45 mins not touching the actual squat rack part

I wasn’t doing legs but I wanted to go over and start some shyt about it lol but I chilled

what’s annoys me is people are just so damn selfish

I also deadlift in front of the big squat rack (no deadlift platforms though). :umad:
