That's not really a workout, it's a list of 4 exercises (and it's only 13 sets). :ufdup:


What percentages are the reps finna be at (first 2 exercises)? Are the barbell movements TnG or paused? What is the frequency that this 'workout' will be performed?

But to answer your question, no, I don't think it's good. :scusthov:
