Warm up set of 10*90 dumbbell press, then 3 sets of 10 *100
Compound lift of ohp and shoulder press with 25 on the bar(standing)
Then low row 99-143 lbs all*10
Triceps push downs 1 min set of 55, then 20*66,15*77,12*88,10*99
1 min 70lb curl then 2 sets of 10*90 and finished with a set of 100
Finished with 4 farmers carry off 40 yards caring a 45 wheel in each hand
