Well, it’s gonna take more deliberation, but I think even my deload is still too much volume for my body and I’m not eating enough. Only thing I’ve done this week is eat moderately, workout and sleep. I was thinking my workload was the underlying factor (hours of physical activity and 10k steps) which led to a higher caffeine consumption. This week I’ve only consumed around 500mg a day (normal is 1k).
