Rest day, low carb, high fat, day......plus cheat meal today...... sounds like a day for chicken, tuna steak, and a small tub of ice cream......

I also have a photo I took 10 years ago for my 10 year anniversary of lifting photo (coming to a random gym thoughts thread near you January 2023)

Try doing it once a month on the same day as well .

This is worse. Entire crew of younger men and women. Whole parking lot had equipment everywhere and they looked weak. They aren’t even strong either.

Again, that's most folks in the gym.


Even in this new place that's supposedly for "meatheads" you have roughly:

• 2/10 dude is legit big/brolic
• 3/10 dudes are DYEL skinny fukks (bonus points if they wear tanks)
• 2/10 dudes are fat/ and clearly on that @portcityplaya diet with white genetics
• 1/10 dudes is lean/ripped but still small with street clothes on
• 2/10 dudes are completely unremarkable and look like they just joined the gym

And we're talking about a $50/mo. place with more than half a dozen racks, posing areas, Arnold quotes on the wall, all that.

I can count on one hand the number of dudes putting up 3 plates on bench/4 plates on squat/5 wheels on deads any given week.



Most folks aren't even strong either, and a lotta folks are scrawny or fluffy as fukk these days.
