The shyt I be seeing at the gym is just :dwillhuh:

And the funny thing people look at me crazy for doing regular shyt.

Like squatting in the power rack instead of the smith machine.

It’s real simple at play here. There’s a reason why I look the way I do, and the reason why MANY people in the gym, who have been working out for ages, barely have any definition to show for it.

I bet they brag to everyone they know on their social media about how they go to gym, how lost 5lbs and swear they’re killing.

Meanwhile there’s only a handful of people that I know that actually lift and get results.

about to deadlift again today. my back hasn’t suffered from it. i think i found my new favorite thing now aside from calisthenics. maybe this is just a natural progression lol.

Had a great day im the gym. Getting my endurance up for these weights. My recovery periods are shortening deadlifting and squatting.

@Son Goku Merci Mwen Ami for putting me on to OHP. shyt has been raising my bench numbers and increasimg my YOKE GIRTH. 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿

I also havent ejaculated in weeks. This may be placebo...but I def feel different.

1035 only been since June 19th, 2022 after major injuries. Plus Im losing bodyfat..once I can fukking eat carbs on the regular my gainz gonna shoot up.

So you finna increase your powerlifting total by like 500 pounds in next 363 days?

i fukked up my first rep of 405 sumo today but cleaned it up with one rep of the conventional stance for some reason. step down from my 405x3 last time but this shyt is addicting. i can feel my power and grounding getting way stronger already
