been working on mastering the one arm pull up got like 70% the way up yesterday.

and thanks for the deadlift program y’all, its been moving up smoothly

i left a lot of gains on the table before, but now my legs are actually getting thicker, not only just defined. im walking different too lol

Folks were having there kids pull up to the push/pull (non-federation) meet a few weeks ago. Handful of cats under 15, one dude was only 10 stunting like his daddy. :birdman:
