Last three months training have been ass….
Got Covid pretty bad it knocked me off my game for a few weeks, multiple deaths in the family and work been wilds
Last ~4 weeks I started up a “Whenever I can get it in PPL” just so I can feel something again.
Plan on doing this till YE and then start up another Wendler template.
Also time to really care about cardio

Pendlay row 185-225 for reps of 6-10. More hip drive on the higher #’s.

I might use straps sometimes but they don't seem to really help. SymmetricStrength says they're legal.
Mixed grip? Supination? I don't do that for deads, the fukk Imma do that for rows?

It’s been a bad 2h but I’m still showing up for the fam as well as myself. That includes these gains… no rain sleet or snow going to stop it.
After looking at this vid hip drive isn’t the correct word or maybe even Pendlay…. Way to Strict.
My deadlift setup includes me moving my hips/legs from a standard position(press of the floor) to more upright (think of an upside down L) a few times before liftoff.
So I mimic that set up for my rows & it’ll create some type of momentum & I’ll move my body up a couple of degrees.
But yeah I ain’t doing it like that video. Only similarity is a complete reset and the row is done off the floor.

Talkin about calf raises to a black man is too far my G.. .. . you went too far.........There a lot of row variations out there including some using momentum

Yeah I caught myself a few times. I legit couldn’t eat anymore. Like I could feel my stomach was full even though I had a ton of food on my plate.past few days have me to the point where im tired of eating
