Got Bucked Up Woke AF pre-workout yesterday and used it for the first time this morning. shyt kicked in in about 15 minutes. Did about a three hour workout and it lasted the entire workout. Best pre I've ever had.

we all have our own goals why am i following your routines and talking so much about nothing in between sets. i especially don’t like getting deeply lectured about gym science while in the gym it feels corny idk im bigger than you. no disrespect i just feel obligated to not be a dikk to regulars

Dude in my gym says what up to everybody, interrupting their work. I don’t even nod at him because that’s an invitation to chat. He’s a friendly guy but…dam, when someone is coming off a heavy set, breathing hard af, they’re not trying to chat.
