Day 4: rest
Day 5: upper
Day 6: lower
Day 7: rest
But still compound exercises. Still heavy weight. Just more of an emphasis on rest,
I also "try" to stretch on off days for 10-15 minutes.
That was death trap for sure.

I ain’t asking randoms for a spot on any weight I haven’t seen them move with good form so I doubt I’ll ever have to deal with this.

I also clamp my barbell (pause?) if im 85%+ because all it take is the weight to slide and the bar gonna swing violently the other way possibly hurting someoneThat was death trap for sure.
