Yea my bad. I meant preworkout with creatine. Are those same bodybuilders on gear?
You want the body to rely on creatine. I think you are confusing it with preworkout which is not the same.

You sure they're not referring to the caffeine in the preworkout?Yea my bad. I meant preworkout with creatine.
Na creatine. You sure they're not referring to the caffeine in the preworkout?
You don’t need to cycle creatine, defeats the purpose.Yea my bad. I meant preworkout with creatine.
The only reason I can even think a competing bodybuilder would cycle creatine is because they're water intake starts to become limited closer to competition. Jeff Cavalier has good advice sometimes, but the end he's a fitness YouTuber trying to sell a product. Creatine is a compound naturally produced by the body, and found meats, we just supplement it to get the full effect.Na creatine.
I heard it can be too much on the kidneys. There isn’t a reason to cycle off creatine
Yes but does 5 grams per day lead to high levels……I heard it can be too much on the kidneys.

High creatinine levels can indicate chronic kidney disease
A recent blood test showed my creatinine levels are a bit high. My doctor said it's something we need to watch because that can be a symptom of chronic kidney disease. Is high creatinine really that big of a deal? What can you do to take care of your kidneys and get lower numbers?www.uclahealth.org
However I will say, that I had a chemist dissect my some of the supplements I was using at the time and said literally ingredient is problematic.

You're fine, you're just taking hella supplements and black and brolic.
Had to go back to the nephrologist and he got mad the PA was wasting everyone's time.

Yes but is there a direct correlation supplementation……..MPS and heavy lifting alone will also lead to elevated creatinine levels compared to a couch potato that doesn't move.![]()
