6:41 PST. Wednesday’s are now my active recovery days. Instead of lifting I try to bump up my daily steps from 10K to 15-17K.

Go to gym and walk on the treadmill for 40-45min on a slight incline.

No more, no less. It’s more about keeping up my early AM gym routine/schedule than gains per se. Still get a decent sweat.

Walking is very underrated. We move.

Side Note: Left hammy feels good, still a tad sore but I can walk fine. More ice and rest this week before I see what the PT saying.
