Got to the field by 7:15am and played till about 8:45am. Biked to and from the field (8miles round trip).
My cardio capacity is definitely getting better. Covered a lot of ground and kept my heart rate at 173bpm for the 90mins
Can’t wait until summer. School is done and a lot of the fields free up. I can get back to playing 2-3x a week.
