Oh, I didn't clarify, 100 lbs per dumbbell was my 1 rep max. I stopped going super heavy after I screwed up my shoulder.
275 lbs is my barbell bench press max.

Has anyone done a cleanse/detox like the one above? If so, how was it?I want to start my fitness back off on the right foot and rid my body of the bs that I have been putting in it so I figured I would partake in a cleanse type jawn.
If anyone has any better suggestions or anything, please help a sista out.
This colon/detox thing is full of shyt....Buy some powder psyllium husk and drink loads of water. Within a couple of days....you'll be having firm regular brown shyts.![]()

Okay, first off, dumbbell presses are only partially indicative of how good you can be at powerlifting.
If you can barbell bench press double your body weight, that's very good. If you can barbell bench press triple your body weight or close to it, that's competitive.
