That's how I've been feeling lately since I started lifting heavy

Been reading some old bodybuilding books (late 1800s, early 1900s) and it's interesting to see how some thoughts and techniques have changed or stayed the same.
Guys like George Hackenschmidt was like the Brock Lesnar of the day in terms of physique and athleticism (first World wrestling champion we it was still real)

But I'm trying to keep my macros at 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs which sounds pretty keto to me :D. I'm not really interested in ketostix and all that, just gonna pay attention to my body and tweak stuff if I feel like I'm stalling.


@ the 100 standing body weight calf raises though. I tried them last time, I could only get to like 80. My shyts were sore for days
