Was super full after lunch but didn't eat a lot
Skipped pre-workout snack
Suffered for it while lifting

my upper body is too damn sadcam looking at the moment to rock the shirts but i recently started rocking the compression shorts under my regular shorts. thems shyts the bidness, especially on leg/cardo days. and you can usually scoop em at marshalls for like 10-12 bucks a pair.

Its strange because right after 11:30AM I'm good until I eat around Noon

I'm eating pretty light at night (500-600 cals after the gym) so I know that is part of it.

How can I leg press 700lbs for like 8 reps yet can't push out 5 squats at 220lbs? I know it different but shyt, should it really be that hard?

I dont even know how much I weigh. I stopped looking at the scales cuz every week I stepped on a scale it was way diff. One week i was 176 then the next I was 168 then next I was at 173....then I was at 165. These things def are broke or something All I know is..Im looking better than ever.
