Took a solid week to give me elbow a rest. That didn't help at all:

Lock out on flat bench :bryan:

Alternating grip on shrugs from the rack:bryan:

It's not getting worse but it's damn uncomfortable/

Just got back in the gym last week. I decided to get the bulk of my cardio from swimming and that pool been kicking my ass. After 45 minutes of swimming a nicca is WORE OUT.

cant take not being able to do squats anymore so im going to physical therapy 3 days a week for my feets/achilles/calves. hopefully after that i wont have to be put in walking casts for a month like when i was 17.

According to this food calculator a chicken wrap and a medium fry at chick fila is only 17. Chick fila is awesome for that. I'm going to try it today...I have coupons too.
What does 17 represent?
