i cant eat enough to get over 160. which mean i'll just end up cutting down between 150-160 since it doesnt seem like that much of a pain in the ass to maintain that weight

Worst work out ever. Got 15 minutes into my training session and my lower back felt like the worst cramp ever. I couldn't even finish :sadcam:

I know exactly what I did wrong, pure stupidity.

this looks better than the last sets you posted.
thats what i was talkin about in that other post about doin so many sets/reps at the same weight. every set should be a higher weight IMO as far as deadlifts go. But i see you movin on up in weight, good.

So a female friend wanted me to make a workout plan for her...only agreed to pledge some time to it b/c she ATG squat 185lbs. :leon:

I finally master the DB rows....all in the mid-back. :noah: Starting a lower/upper body workout plan..really reluctant on this type of split for upper day went very well. :salute:
