Dude is fine hitting eight reps for hypertrophy. Most people use 8-12 reps as a rule of thumb for hypertrophy.
Depends on your belief. The fact he says he isn't seeing results at the rep range led me to think that might be the issue.

no my muscles are definitely bigger, just not as toned as I would like even though I'm still in better shape than 80% fo the people I see in the gym easily.

Doubt I drop any weight this week scale wise, looks like and increase. Cals could be off but I think I was a little dehydrated last week. Not a big deal, mirror results don't seem any worse.

Wow at this. About 3 weeks ago I measured my BF and it was at 18. Measured it today it was 17.5. I need to be near 12 asap. I've been doing a calorie deficiency and I've been losing weight like crazy, even have some strength loss but I really want to get my BF low and build up from there. This is not looking good :snoop:

An injured back has me depressed as fukk brehs.........haven't lifted in 2 weeks and reaggravated my shyt this weekend

Upper back and and triceps are super cranked from Upper Hypertrophy yesterday.

Did front squats successfully for the first time today. I'm finally getting some decent range of motion in my hips and lower back.

Hungry as fark
