What you guys think of Adam Charlton? Dude clearly juices and abuses diuretics but still pretty sick, his chest are lacking but that seems genetics.

workouts for traps...are side shoulder raises better than straight shoulder raises. O and tips for inner chest, need mine to stick out more.

Didnt say people should be looking to cut down to 4-6%... just saying those numbers seem reasonable for natural lean brehs. So if you are looking to get down to 10% just take that # and add whatever lbs of fat to it. :yeshrug:
