I've uncovered the mysteries of brown rice :blessed:

Have a nice lunch recipe now

140g of brown rice (500kcal, 110g carbs, 10g protein, 3g fat)
~270g of boneless chicken thighs (~250kcal, 50g protein, ~4g fat?)
McCormick Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade (I make 2lb of chicken and use 1 pack)
Mixed veggies

Shyt is :blessed:... 800 kcal, 60 or so grams of protein, 7 or so grams of fat. And I think I can fit more meat into the rice without it getting excessive. Bout to Shane Diesel the rice. :shaq:

I found some brown rice in my cabinet yesterday but realized it was 5 years old

Woke up tired as shyt. Bladder fukked my sleeping pattern. Body wanted no parts of deadlifts. Gonna eat and try again

What should someone do for db bench press in comparison to barbell bench press?

For example. if someone bench presses 200, how much should they be able to db bench press? 100 in each hand? I feel I enjoy and get more out of db bench press, but I'm not gonna drop bb press. I'll do both.

I can bench 225 like cake, but 110 per hand on db bench is significantly more difficult.

What are some of pros and cons to db bench v bb bench for ya'll?
Idk what my max is on either :manny: experts say increases in db bench imply increases in bb bench but not vice versa.

Pros: db bench exposes weakness on each side and really hammers the chest for me

Cons: setting up for it can be energy consuming but I've gotten used to that. It used to give me hell.

I have noticed my left pec feels fuller than my right, so I'm about to switch permanently to DB before the imbalance becomes visually noticeable.

DB press is harder to load but safer to perform, so thats a tradeoff for me

I notice a better contraction on flat DB press than flat BB press, but the opposite is true for incline angle. Its weird, but I think with a bit of practice I will get it feeling right.

I've been experiment with decline DB, feels good.

Barbell Bench press is too restrictive and unnatural like a condom :scusthov:

I feel more from doing delt work and then going with like 65 lbs on shoulders press when they are tired than just doing 90lbs and have my core trembling. I know behind the neck presses are taboo but I love the burn.
