Moving back to my wife's home to the Quad Cities IA/IL in 2 weeks. Last time I lived there I was only a beginner exerciser and didn't have a gym. Just did some research and it turns out there is a gym there that is really nice

Haven't had a power rack consistently in like 2 years....:wow:

Been doing a hamstring day and quad day and love it. More DOMs and I've been going moderate with weight.

I don't knock other dudes workout plan but miss me with the high rep shyt all time. :camby:

Dude is like 6''3 and 205lb. But almost is always doing supersets and 15+ reps with bytch weight. I workouted with him a couple of time...on some crossfit shyt. :mindblown: Btw dude refuses to to squat and only does leg press and lunges. nikka will go out and be heavy when he benches 250+.

Plus the nikka I had spotting me and him said I shouldn't be going heavy on db shoulder press if I need a spotter.:beli: If I can do 75lbs for 12+ reps and great form obviously if I want to try 90 for 6 good reps just spot me and get the fukk out my way.

Then my sisters frail boyfriend wants to ask me how much I can lift on various things. I told him I only curl up to 40lbs on a good day and then this scrub had the nerve to tell me he can do 50. :scusthov:


This summer had been contact with a bunch of petty insecure dudes.:snoop:

As a follow up, I think I found the source of my recent pain when squatting.

At about 1:20 in this video he shows a technique for the hip flexor:


I have been experiencing strong pain on my right side at the bottom of a parallel squat recently. Knew it was my hips....did an ass load of stretching over the last week and no improvement.

Stuck the lacrosse ball on my left side tonight, didn't feel much pain. Stuck the ball on my right side where the squat problem is, and holy shyt it hurt so bad :to:

Gonna do this drill nightly and hope that in a few weeks my tightness starts to go away

:ohhh: i already know this shyt is gonna be painfull, because my right hip is also on some bullshyt. guess i need to go to a sporting goods store and get a ball of some sort for this type of massage.

:wow: Finally started deadlifting, my form still needs wrk but I think it was ok. Smh my calves are pitiful :to:
