You'd hate zercher squats then. They are harder on the abs than front squats

Man Front Squats are the worse lift period.
I ain't got no EMG scans to prove it but many people, including me, believe this
No single source convinces me of anything, I could hop on google and find a bunch of arguments both wayshttp://stronglifts.com/weight-lifting-belts-to-wear-or-not-to-wear/
Wear belts Brehs.....
I'm probably one of the more stronger cats here, who has essentially been power lifting for the past 4/5 years, injury / pain free, fukk belts, go raw, if you use bad technique that's on you....
No excuses, no apologies...

That reference linked was focused on lifting belts in the workplace. The part about athletic performance was under-referenced and too opinion based. His opinions seemed to rest around the idea that you must use bad form to lift with a belt, which is a garbage notion.
Anecdotes dont mean much either, considering I could easily post up a ton of anecdotes right now from people who are injury free using them.
The point of it all is that people should research for themselves and make up their own minds. Telling them to "be a man" is wrong on multiple levels
Its also ironic that stronglifts has that article when the guy that runs stronglifts uses one.
Hitting traps directly >Speaking of carbs, what are the benefits of getting on a high carb diet?
Also what rows do you guys do to hit your traps: barbell, cable, or dumbell?
You right.
Brehs, it's cool
