I'm really trying to mix up my workouts so that I don't do the exact same excercises on both lower/upper workouts. (Except for walking lunges and step ups, I can't really find a variation that I like).
But I'm not sure whether to do trap bar or Sumo deadlifts as the other deadlift to change it up from conventional. What do you guys think?

I eat plenty of non-carbs
those statements conflict unless I'm reading them wrong. If u do high volume workouts u should keep carbs higher
Diet game is also
Hes in half decent shape though. Ton of potential. I want to give him a workout and diet plan, but I dont wanna be pushy. Also trying to think of a real super basic program for him to do. Im thinking bench, chin ups, lateral raises, squats, stiff leg deads. If he can hit that 3x/wk and get a decent amount of protein in
Just hate to see a dude w/so much potential toss it, and he seems interested enough to want to do more.

and I'm usually not one to be admiring myself like that.
