Anybody work out at Anytime Fitness? There's one right down the street from me and I think I might need a temporary gym until my car is fixed.

There's one by the crib; very sparse setup. I used to go in there at like midnight, and there would ALWAYS be someone occupying whatever I needed. There was like one squat rack, one bench. I guess it depends on the one you go to. I went to one in FL on a week long guest pass while wifey was visiting her fam down there, and that one was actually pretty well stocked. So I guess it's hit or miss.

Man I just witnessed the ultimate :mindblown:
There's this dude at the gym in a wheelchair. Seen him many times always in a motorized wheelchair pushing it like a 7 series. I'm in the locker room gotta piss. Dude drives up to the only urinal and I'm like I don't know what he bout to do but umma hit this stall. So I come out the stall and this dude standing unassisted not leaning on anything pissing. I'm like how the hell he do that. I thought he was paralyzed. :ohhh:
The extent nikkas will go through to skip leg day :russ:
I know a woman who has to be like 400lbs. She rides around in a scooter all day. She says her hips and knees are pretty much destroyed. She can walk though, for short distances. Whenever there is a fire drill people are :merchant: about her. shyt is ridiculous

Hundreds show up to run with comedian Kevin Hart

He didn’t give Atlanta much notice. But hundreds raced to Piedmont Park Friday morning to run with comedian Kevin Hart.

Hart used Twitter late Thursday to announce his impromptu 5K. He reminded his followers early Friday this wasn’t just a photo opportunity.

“If you are not serious about running please don’t come,” Hart posted on Twitter. “This is about getting healthy & doing it in a positive way.”

The unplanned runs are a part of Hart’s new partnership with the wellness app Rally Health, for which he is serving as a brand representative by promoting the #RallyWithKevin campaign on Twitter while on his “What Now” tour.

“ATL was amazing today,” Hart told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution after the 5K. “As you see, I’m winded. I’m tired. To be honest with you, I gotta go to the bathroom. Right now.”

Hart’s next stop is at Philips Arena, where he performs twice Friday and once Saturday.

Maybe he's not paralyzed and has a different problem.

finally done with this miserable 6 week cut, now sitting at about 5'10" 170 lbs ~12% bodyfat... time to slow bulk to i dont look like a skinny fukk anymore.

Ssoooo you cant Build muscle and lose fat at the same time????..... What are you guys thoughts on this?

Time to create some goals for myself to accomplish.

I want to eventually be able to:
Flat bench 185 for 10 reps
Incline bench bodyweight for 10 reps
Overhead press 135 for 10 reps
Back squat 275 for 10 reps
Front squat 225 for 10 reps
Deadlidt 225 for 6 reps ( I should be able to do this within a month).
