drank quite a bit of liquor last night and then this morning did my GVT lower body workouttook damn near 3 hours but I grinded that shyt out. 10x10 on zercher squats with 275lbs
You could do a hip dominant movement instead of a knee dominant movementI did 10x10 on hack squats (leg press/machine version) last Sunday.
Couldn't walk like a normal human until yesterday
Leg day again tomorrow....not sure my back can take squats yet, so will probably resort to leg press this time. Probably follow it up with 10x10 on lying leg curls.

I def want to utilize some different phases when I get back to bulking... volume phase, strength phase, etc etc. Instead of just training straight on one program.
Yea my shyt would Hindenberg trying it now. Im dialed in for the cut. But Im trying to cash in heavy on gains once I get back on that wave. I tried some glycogen depletion workouts.... just 5 sets of bench had meYeahmyself.
I'm not changing my workouts so my nutrition is the only variable change. After that four week period it might make sense to dabble with GVT. My gym energy is so high right now I might as well use the fuel properly.
