drank quite a bit of liquor last night and then this morning did my GVT lower body workout :bryan: took damn near 3 hours but I grinded that shyt out. 10x10 on zercher squats with 275lbs

mann bro idk everybody was telling me how much weight I lost I woke up 219 2 weeks ago went and celebrate with the family had a few drinks smoked a black with my brother :sadbron: missed my morning jog because I was drunk and this morning I got on the scale and im 224 :huhldup:

That increase isn't really bad. Personally I would keep everything in check tomorrow and get back on the horse Sunday. If you have to over indulge tomorrow keep it fat and protein with limited carbs and damn near no sugar.

Big picture you need to start looking at your new ceiling as 224 pounds, 288 doesn't exist anymore.

This is a long walk sir. Goals change, get accomplished and replaced all the time.

You did too much work to fall back now. Let's go!

I did 10x10 on hack squats (leg press/machine version) last Sunday.

Couldn't walk like a normal human until yesterday :sadbron:

Leg day again tomorrow....not sure my back can take squats yet, so will probably resort to leg press this time. Probably follow it up with 10x10 on lying leg curls.

Weighed myself for the first time since December. I'm 228 now. I thought I was lighter cause I've tightened up. GVT is looking like the real deal so far brehs

You could do a hip dominant movement instead of a knee dominant movement

I'm really trying to start tracking my macros. Just started today with the myfitnesspal app. Hit protein goal, but went over the fat goal and was too low on carbs.

Is it worth it to pay for the full version of the app? Seems a lot more customizable.

I'm still cutting :whoa: But Im curious about that GVT shyt. Are you brehs doing the 4 second eccentrics :lupe: Or just hitting 10x10

I def want to utilize some different phases when I get back to bulking... volume phase, strength phase, etc etc. Instead of just training straight on one program.

Yeah :lupe: myself.

I'm not changing my workouts so my nutrition is the only variable change. After that four week period it might make sense to dabble with GVT. My gym energy is so high right now I might as well use the fuel properly.

Yea my shyt would Hindenberg trying it now. Im dialed in for the cut. But Im trying to cash in heavy on gains once I get back on that wave. I tried some glycogen depletion workouts.... just 5 sets of bench had me :whoa: Had to humble myself a bit :o::o::o:
