Ran 3 one-mile runs on the treadmill. I ran the first and second 1-mile runs at 6.2 MPH and the third one at 7 MPH. I'm trying to push the envelope instead of jogging it at a lame 5.5 MPH pace. 
I also did some bicep curls in between the one-mile runs.
