Not really, dude has good size but he's also very lean which makes his arms look huge. Which is pretty much how yure supposed to do it.Now see here. This is the problem with bodybuilding. The reason and secret for his big arms is steroids. This guy is juicing unbelievable amounts of steroids

Bruh I am in the same damn boat, same rep range and everything. It just takes time. It wasnt long ago I was aggy I couldn't bench 2 plates. Now Im comfyish in the 225-250 range, but it took me a year and a half to get here. Meanwhile there are times where I can put 10-20lbs on squats/deads in a month. Some people are just not built to bench heavy. I met a breh at one of my gyms who's coming back from some major spinal injury. Before he got hurt he was squatting in the 6s, deading in the 7s, benching 300 lol. It is what it is.What do yall do to improve bench? I can't get off the 225-230 range on that fukker. In 9 weeks of madcow didn't see any improvement.
Anybody get really sore biceps during back exercises?
For the past month my biceps get ridiculously sore, feeling like they're gonna tear on my first or second set of pull-ups
How can I fix this?
