worked out for 4 weeks straight no rest days...today was the reason I needed one. All my lifts improved dramatically, my body lookin progressively better, I'm cooking my own food an all at. Today tho, I'm dissapointed in myself. Did 4 sets out of 5 for 3 of my lifts 3 lifts for the day. I'm thinking of either deloading or switching my routine to splits so I can Isolate body parts. I'm so depressed. Ima go back later today cuz I'm so disapointed :mjcry:

Now see here. This is the problem with bodybuilding. The reason and secret for his big arms is steroids. This guy is juicing unbelievable amounts of steroids
Not really, dude has good size but he's also very lean which makes his arms look huge. Which is pretty much how yure supposed to do it.

I know this gonna hurt me but I need to redeem myself. Going back to the gym now

You gonna fukk around and clap yourself my breh. I HATE rest days, I wish I could work out 2x/day but at the end of the day your body needs rest. Today was a rest day... tomorrow I am gonna fukking TEAR shyt UP on arms :damn:

im movin to okc for 5 months (:snoop: :sadcam:) on wednesday, decided to take a rest week

Squatted 305 x 3 on friday but that last rep was terrible form. Hopefully I'll get to 3 plates x 5 before the year is out.

What do yall do to improve bench? I can't get off the 225-230 range on that fukker. In 9 weeks of madcow didn't see any improvement.

Bruh I am in the same damn boat, same rep range and everything. It just takes time. It wasnt long ago I was aggy I couldn't bench 2 plates. Now Im comfyish in the 225-250 range, but it took me a year and a half to get here. Meanwhile there are times where I can put 10-20lbs on squats/deads in a month. Some people are just not built to bench heavy. I met a breh at one of my gyms who's coming back from some major spinal injury. Before he got hurt he was squatting in the 6s, deading in the 7s, benching 300 lol. It is what it is.

Right now I have just stopped benching heavy completely because my bench was going DOWN.... I am just building up my triceps. Hitting triceps directly def helped me get over the 2 plate hump. I hit arms 3x/week now and have been seeing nice growth and progress from that.

Anybody get really sore biceps during back exercises?

For the past month my biceps get ridiculously sore, feeling like they're gonna tear on my first or second set of pull-ups

How can I fix this?

Sounds like an injury to me

Rest is the likely prescription. I'm sure you don't want to hear that.

Maybe go light for a few weeks and see how it feels....do assisted pull ups and deload for a bit.
