I worked on legs yesterday. Was too pooped to jog a mile afterwards. I got in 9 sets of squats.

Do you stick with the same weight on your squats or do you go up in increments I just started doing 10 sets on my leg days start with 135 n work my way up till I feel I can't go any more

Depends on what kind of leg workout. I start low and go up every set, I can stay at the same weight every set, or I can start heavy and go down.
You will not want to do the same thing every workout so your body gets shocked. If you do the same squat workout, i.e. same reps and sets and weight resistance, you stop growing.

About to get on this clean bulk shyt. Never really counted my micros but I'm going to start. Good thing for apps like MyFitnessPal.. :blessed:
