What kind of meal is that?I think I felt sluggish yesterday because I ate a whole large pizza before the workout. If today's workout is shytty then I'm deloading.

Lunch i eat leg quarter or chicken breast 240 cal
brown rice,mxed veggies
skip dinner
run on treadmill or eliptical for 25 min
and lift weights for 30 min 4x a week
is this enough i need help plz

went like a full week on like 3200 calories since my maintenance was 'posed' to be like 2400. I was gaining a lot of fat very fast and was likelooked up a iifym calculator and turns out my bulking calories are like 2200
