Whats your grip width like? Do you retract your shoulder blades and keep your back tight? I used to have problems with flat BB bench and gave up on it altogether for a few months.... fixed my form and a year later so far so good.Is it possible to develop a decent chest if you skip flat bench? shyt just doesn't sit right w/ my shoulders.
Thinking of doing only Incline and Decline Bench…and throwing in some flat barbell work.
My chest game is pretty weak too, especially upper chest. Def gonna do some more incline work, and fly once I'm off this cut. That's about all you can do I think.
