I get the best mind muscle connection in my lats with those underhanded rows. hits the traps nicely tooOh how I forgot about the neutral grip pullups and underhand rows.

i get a weird nerve shock in my left forearm when doing em heavy overhand, so i stick to underhand only. more prone to a bicep tear but im not rowing any crazy weight anyway

because it seems like other people's programs have so many more exercises in them but they don't have this prob. I do like maybe 2 or 3 diff movements per workout
