Man go on somewhere, Calories in Vs Calories out is basic science, if you think that is false then we dont ever need to talk fitness. Eat what the hell you want to eat the end, all because YOU choose to eat that stuff dont guilt someone else into following your format. I lost 90 lbs in 8 months and during that time I had cookies, burgers, fried chicken, etc. Did I get all my calories from "junk"? No, but did I restrict the type of foods I ate? Hell no, I fit my meals into my daily calorie and macro nutrient goals. How is this a hard concept to grasp? Miss me with the "clean" bro science.
