i know. i just never felt comfortable squatting. the bar on my back has always made me nervous so i've never done it. then i workout solo so i dont even bother
It's because you don't know what your doing .


I finally had someone teach me the right way now I love squating and I'm slowly moving up.

Do those hit the quads more so than (back) squats? Doing front squats is just weird for me and I want to find a non machine leg exercise for quad work.

Hack squat is sort of a machine....but it's fukking great for targeting quads.

Yea wifeys quad game was on fleek when we went to a gym with a hack squat machine. Mental blocks can be huge, shyt didnt transfer over to the barbell at all.

I squatted with a belt for the first time yesterday. Brehs :wow: Im about to add like 10-20lbs on my squat in a damn cut off of that shyt. The stability :ohlawd:

Was able to do 8 reps of incline bench on my last set of it today. Hopefully I can do 10 next time. I'm 5'7 165.
